Hello teachers and classmates,
While studying on the Aula Virtual platform, I am having a problem related to accessing documents and synchronizing learning progress between activities in the course. Specifically:
Some documents (PDF or external links) cannot be opened or show page loading errors.
Lesson progress (progress tracking) is not updated even though I have watched the entire video or completed the activity.
When logging in from another device, Incredibox steps I have completed before are not saved.
I have tried clearing the browser cache and switching to another device but the problem still occurs.
I post this topic with the hope that teachers or those who have encountered similar situations can share more experience in handling the situation. Also, I would like to know if there are any technical requirements from the system side that we need to comply with (e.g. recommended browser, minimum memory size, or special cookie settings).
I would like to receive feedback so that I can continue to keep up with the course progress.
