Hey guys, hope you all are fine, I am Thomas, i am a student and i am studying for my nursing school entrance exam. I have a huge fear of tests and my heart races every time I open my book. I have tried meditating and taking deep breaths but the panic just keeps coming back. I was so scared that I would fail that I actually started looking for a way to pay someone to take HESI exam for me. Am i doing something wrong. Does anyone else get this nervous with exams?
