Lincoln Navigator riding rough - air suspension acting up?

Our family 2017 Lincoln Navigator has been driving really rough lately, feels like every bump on the road goes straight through to the cabin. The ride used to be so smooth and floaty like a proper American luxury car should be but now it's kind of harsh and bouncy. Noticed the rear seems to sit a bit lower than before too especially in the mornings. Pretty sure it's something with the air suspension system but honestly not sure where to take it. Most shops around here specialize in Japanese or German cars and look at me funny when I mention Lincoln. Really need some Lincoln vehicle suspension support Dubai from people who understand these American luxury SUVs. Don't want to go to the dealership and pay those crazy prices but also don't want some general garage experimenting on my family car. The car has about 95k km on it mostly highway driving. Has anyone had air suspension work done on their Navigator or similar Ford product? Would love to know if it's worth repairing or if I should consider converting to regular springs. Appreciate any recommendations for shops that actually know these cars.
